Legal Question in Wills and Trusts in Iowa

my father recently passed away and he had no will. He is not married but his girlfriend has his stuff including a truck, camper and horses. How do i go about getting this stuff back legally from her if she won't let me have it

If the estate has been filed in the probate court you'll eventually get your share of the proceeds of his estate. If it has not been filed and there's no executor I suggest you contact an estate attorney to move this forward.
