Legal Question in Wills and Trusts in Iowa
Father is 86 years old. His brother passed away recently and father will receive a lump sum payment for what his brother bequethed to him in October 2010. In the meantime he wants to temporarily add this to his will as a seperate item with specific directions on how it is bequethed should he pass away prior to the disbursement. How does he do this?

He can do this with a new will or a codicil to his will.
