Legal Question in Wills and Trusts in Iowa
Before my grandpa died he had told everyone what he was giving them. I was suppose to get a piece of land with a home on it. My grandpa had given my sisters each 3 acres before he had passed which was connected to the piece of land he was giving me. Somehow there was a 75 foot section argued about between my grandpa and sister which turned out to be my sisters and that is what my grandpa left me in his will was the 75 foot, we all know that he wanted me to have the property with the home on it, he just wrote the wrong plot. I don't speak to my aunts (the executors) is there anything I can do about this?

You can hire a lawyer and contest the will, but that's about it. Expect a long difficult and expensive fight with no promise of success at the other end.
