Legal Question in Wills and Trusts in Iowa
My husband passed away and we have only living wills turning everything over to the survivor. Do we have to do anything with probate?

Living wills do not turn property over to the other party. Living wills are directives related to health care. If you have cars, bank accounts or real estate you may need to seek an attorneys assistance to transfer the property.
