Legal Question in Wills and Trusts in Iowa

I live in Iowa and created a Will. I know I need to notorized it but does it need to be recorded at the County Recorders

As long as your will is properly witnessed and notarized it does not need to be recorded but it is a good idea to keep it in a safe place such as a safe deposit box at your bank.
