Legal Question in Wills and Trusts in Iowa
mom is 93. oldest daughter is deceased. there is no will. when mom passes who will receive oldest daughter's "share" of estate? does it go to her children or to her husband[he is not the father of the children]?

Surviving spouse gets about half, for the rest it is as if the oldest daughter never existed.
