Legal Question in Wills and Trusts in Iowa

My mother passed away, stated in her will that I get a percentage of proceeds from sale of home. Do I have a right to have a copy of the will?

As far as whether you have a right to a copy of the will, I do not think there's any law on point. As a practical matter an heir ought to know what they're entitled to, if anything. If you think you're being cheated, by all means consult an attorney.
