If a person is named in a will, even if it states they are to get nothing, is there a legal obligation

that any person named in a will should get a copy of the will? Is a federal or state statute?

If the estate is probated, the will is going to be part of the court file, but there is no requirement that a copy be sent to everyone mentioned by name in the will.
