Legal Question in Wills and Trusts in Iowa

I need to see about getting a POA for my dad, who is divorced from my mother. She passed away a couple of weeks ago and has no will that I'm aware of. I'm the only child and need to get her affairs in order. My dad lives in IA, and I live in PA, so I'm not sure where or how to get one.

I am sorry for your loss. Your father will need to contact an attorney licensed in Iowa to assist him. This will not do anything with regard to your mother's estate.
