Legal Question in Wills and Trusts in Iowa

My retired father moved to texas several years ago and has been living with my brother and sister; however, in june, 1998 he scripted a will in iowa in the previous town he lived in. he passed away recently and i was disinherited. is the will valid since he was living in texas and the will was done in iowa.

If properly executed the will is valid, doesn't matter if it was written out in Texas or Timbuktu, for that matter.
