Re: started the contest, now what??

You have not stated the grounds for contesting the Will or any of the facts of the case and circumstances. If you have filed an objection to the probate of the Will, you have certain time deadlines to pursue your action and you must prepare your case to present to the Court, so that the Judge can make a determination whether or not to probate the Will, and then what is the situation if the Will is successfully chalenged. Is the probate in AZ? Are you in Iowa? If so, you can hire an AZ attorney to represent you, and I would recommend that you do so. A will contest is not an easy case to pursue and it is a difficult burden of proof.
