Legal Question in Wills and Trusts in Iowa

Right to stay home after fathers death

Our father recently past away and I have lived on our acerage for all my life and Im 29 years old. My step-mother and other brother lives at home also with me.(He lived here 1yr) My step mother recently told me I and my brother had to move out because it was a conflict of intrest because my other brothers and sisters supossly have inherited another 80 acer farm. Why would this be a conflict of intrest and do I have to move? What are my rights to my home that my father said I could live at, as long as I wanted? Thank You!

You may have important legal rights that require protection. You should immediately consult with a lawyer in your community experienced with estate matters before you take any further action.
