Legal Question in Wills and Trusts in Iowa
My uncle passed away his wife died before him, they had no children and I am the oldest living nephew of his. It was recently made public he has some life insurance as well as some stocks that are owed to him. There was no will that we are aware of. Am I able to submit a claim for this
