Legal Question in Wills and Trusts in Iowa

Will Contest

I need to know what action I need to take to respond to a ''Motion to Dismiss'' a will contest case. What form do I need to file at the court house to insure the case will continue on & makes it to court? I do not want a judge to throw out this case. Thanks for any help you can give me!!

you need "legal reasons" to counteract why it should not be dismissed to answer the motion they filed, it is just not a matter of the proper form to file, better be prepared to spend long hours in a law library or hire an attorney.
