I was injuried on the job and then got fired for low productivity, anything I can do

Iowa is an employment at will state which means you cna be fired for any reason good reason or no reason at all unless you have a collective bargaining agreement or a contract of employment. If you think that your injuries are the cause of your low productivity you might want to contact an attorney who handles employment law.
