Legal Question in Workers Comp in Iowa
I had two injuries @ work and was being sent to a doctor in Cedar Rapids who had told me that he would refer me back to my doctor in Dubuque for a possible back fusion. But the doctor in Cedar Rapids did not give this information to workman's comp and he told them that I did not need further medical treatment and had reached MMI. I continue to have back pain and sleepless nights because I cannot get comfortable. My question is how do I go about finding a lawyer to help me to see if I have a case.

You can call me for an interview and if its a workers compensation case I would not take Ill refer you to a lawyer who does similar work.
