Legal Question in Workers Comp in Iowa

I got a letter stating that I was overpaid in unemployment of 476 dollars. I even had phone kind of court to argue this issue and I didn't know I needed a lawyer for it since I didn't have one I lost but that was beyond a year ago and they now need their money. I've been unemployed for more than a year I just now got a temp job working only 3 days a week 7hrs a week at 7.25hr. I have 2 weddings and 2 honeymoons to pay for. How can I pay for this now? They said I could appeal but I would have to do that before the 24 and my attorney for disability also handles stuff like this but he can't talk to me till the 25th. Is there anything I can do?
