Legal Question in Workers Comp in Iowa
Workman's Comp. Questions
My husband was injured in '07. He's about to be released from his surgeon's care with permenant disabilities and limitiations on his right shoulder and neck. Our lawyer does not communicate well w/ us and has yet to file suit against the homeowner. Should this have been done already? We hired him last November. What is next for my husband? Should we get a new lawyer?
