i recived a letter from KENTUKY CONSULAR CENTER 5 days age.it notifys me that i am one of the SELECTEEs of Diversity Visa Program.this letter is deliver after 25 days delay

How much time do i have to fill all forms and send them back?

Dose DV program effect my F2 visa application which is applied since 2004?

I assume that you are writing about the 2011 Diversity Visa Program. If so, you still have time to fill out the forms and send them back, but do it right away!
