about property on child name
I and my wife have been seperated from more than 2 years.We have a son of 6 years. From seperation time he his living with me. My wife had applied for divorce. Now she wants child--name removed--custody. After counselling in court,we have decided to take divorce mutually,being the custody of my son with my wife.6 months before seperation,we have taken one flat on joint name. I Have paid the downpayment,while my wife is paying EMI. Now both of us want to transfer the flat on my son--name removed--name. As he his now of 6 yrs old,and the bank loan is on the Flat is it possible to transfer the flat on my son--name removed--name.?

The flat may be transferred in the name of the minor child under guardianship of his parent/mother.
