Legal Question in Business Law in Israel
Can I take any legal action against a lending firm that have sene me a funding offer with the term that this offer will be binding only when a loan agreement is signed and that the terms mentioned can be modified if necessary. Now, no agreement is still signed and the lending firm is asking for a financial investment from my side while in their funding offer it was not mentioned. Is there any legal action that I can take?

There is always a legal action that can be taken against anyone
The problem -
A. it costs money
B. it may cost more money if you loose it.
Therefore -
It has to do with your will to pay, for advise, for action, for legal costs.
