copyright of a company if the contract was illegal
I use to work in a country different than mine without a work permit, the company refused to do a visa for me, i did some 3d illustrations, this images are they mine or theirs according to copyright laws? they refused to let me display them in a magazine.

If you created the images while employed they belong to your employer.
