Legal Question in Technology Law in Israel

I ran into a problem with my webhosting provider.

I'm located at Israel, and the hosting company is located at the US.

I bought a 1+ year hosting service from the hosting manager, and had him agree that I may be eligible for a refund if I see his hosting service unfulfilling. I have chat transcripts of this conversion.

After finding the hosting to be inadequate, I requested a refund. The hosting manager refute, and is unwilling to return a refund of the remaining months I had on the service.

I've paid him more than 2,500$, and the refund should come out at around 1,300$+

Is there a service online I can find where I can have a lawyer to take actions against the hosting provider for me? I'm looking for someone who may work out of commission if the refund is made.

Thanks!

Unfortunately the amount is too small to justify a contingency retainer. You can either pay an attorney or better yet contact your credit card company / bank and dispute the charges (if paid by credit card). You may also sue the company in small claims court next time you are in the U.S. You should also read the services agreement you entered into when you bought the hosting and see if it has any provisions for dispute resolutions.
