Legal Question in Family Law in Israel

Here's the deal, my mom died 4 years ago, i was 18 and i wasn't really signed in the house papers, but the lawyer said automatically mine is 25% of the house. Now i am 22 years old, i still live here because i lost a lot of money helping my step dad paying out the house bills because he has a bad job with low profit. After a year of my mom's death or even less he did a sham marriage in another country in order to lat this woman in to the country and gain money from her ( basically just so she could help him paying out the bills ). He married but nobody lat her in so they started to divorce, basically she is BANNED from the country , thats why. So anyway now he lives with another woman here and they want to kick me out of this house, i heard their talk. I cant go anywhere any time soon because for 4 years i lost all my savings even for studying just to help him.

Now my question is, will he get jailed or fined for that sham marriage he did ( even tho the woman never came here )? I mean could i just tell him that i will go to police and tell them everything if he will kick me out or keep trying doing that??

Or do i still own the 25% or after 21 i lost all my permissions? What should i do to make his new girlfriend get off my back or just go away from this house if she has a problem with me!?

If the property is in Israel and there was no will- then you will get a share of the property. All you need to do is initiate procedure for a succession order and then effect it in the land registry.
