Is there an extradition agreement between the the United States and Israel with regards to Israeli citizens? If the answer is yes, are there any exceptions such white crimes vs. hard crime? fiscal crimes vs. others?

Re: extradition

Yes. Israel has such an extradition agreement, but there us an extradition law, which contain some exemptions, like: no extradition of an Israeli citizen if the country that ask for him does not wish to prosecute him or if it doesn't agree that he will serve his sentence in Israeli jail.

The law apply only to crimes that Israeli law would have sentenced the felon to more then one year imprisonment.

The law does not allow extradition when the felon is expected to be executed if such a punishment does not expected to the same crime in Israel.
