will drawn in New Jersey 1963 - need cover letter attesting to will for notary & apostille for Israeli court - need form or wording for cover letter....

Hi, if the deceased left assets in Israel or had his last domicile in Israel, then you will need to have the will validated in Israel if you wish to use it in Israel. The procedure of authenticating a copy of a will is by notary public and apostile, however, there is a whole procedure that needs to be done with the Israeli court in order to obtain a decree declaring the will valid. if you need further assistance send me an email to [email protected]
