Legal Question in Wills and Trusts in Israel
We live in Israel at present, but our assets are in California as is the beneficiary and executor of the will.
1. Do we have to have the will notarized.
2. The witnesses are Israeli==is that okay?

Hi
Many thanks for the query. Despite your assets being in another country you may still make a will in Israel relatIng to those assets. As long as made according to Israel law it will be upheld in the USA - it will need to undergo a legal procedure in order for it to be recognized.
The will in israel may be signed before a notary or witnesses.
I offer both these services.
