Legal Question in Banking Law in Italy
I deposited a cheque into my account. I was informed by the bank that the cheque has returned with suspected fraud. I tried contacting the drawer of the cheque, no response.
I have not withdrawn any money.
How can I cancel this process?
Will I be in trouble?
