Legal Question in Civil Rights Law in Italy

last month we have been staying in a hotel in bologna italy and we parked our van in the hotel parking .it was reservedfor hotel clients only and we parked under a surveliance camera and during one nioght someone robed our material that was in the van . till now we haven't received any answer if they ahve investigated or not we went to the police station to do the report but from the hotel side we haven't received anything
what can we do in this case?

when you went to the police, you filled in a "denuncia - querela contro ignoti".

For any information you have to refer to that "denuncia - querela".

The best thing to do, would be to nominate an attorney in Bologna
