Legal Question in Technology Law in Italy

someone takes a picture from my website
If I am at a party and someone takes a picture of me, then posts this picture of me on their myspace, or personal website, do they need my permission? If I do not want this picture of me posted, is there any legal action I can take to get this picture removed?

Yes, they absolutely need your authorization, since your personal image is protected by copyright Law.

If they don't remove your picture from the website, you can obtain a measure from the Judge.
