do attorney have to share all of their evidence as soon as they aquire it?
In a criminal case is all evidence shared between attorneys?
Once evidence is aquired by both sides Plaintiff/defendants attorney is it obligatory that all evidence is shared as soon as it is aquired?
Or is it a tactic from the defense attorney to with hold evidence?

It depends on the state. defense attys dont have to turn over anything that wont be used in trial.

According to the Italian Criminal law, the Attorney of the defense has to deposit the list of the witnesses not less than 7 days before the first trial hearing. Usually, in Italy it is better to share evidence as soon as possible
