Legal Question in Criminal Law in Italy
breach of trust
I'm an attorney and a master student in Turkey. I'm writing a dissertation about breach of trust. The breach of trust is a typical crime in Turkish penal code. I know the breach of trust is a crime in �talian Penal Code too. Can anyone send me some information that how the breach of trust is arrenged in current �taly Penal code? thank you

Dear Sir,
please note that Italian law does not foreseen any fine or penal consequence in the case of the breach of trust.
That is why in Italy does not exist any law, civil or penal, regarding to the deed of Trust.
