Legal Question in Criminal Law in Italy

in milano a car was stolen. Car owner tell police as soon as he understand his car was stolen and then he left italy. after a mount he came back police arrest him. Robber kill someone with that car but in that duration which car owner was not in italy. how he could prove his inoccense. he is not guilty. everything was clear that there is no relation between car owner and what was happened with car

Dear Sir,
From what your report the owner is not guilty. However, in accordance with the Italian Criminal Code to arrest somebody it is required serious evidence of guilt.
I think the car's owner needs a good international criminal lawyer.
