Legal Question in Criminal Law in Italy
Greetings!
I have a question regarding fines. I have received one when the police caught me painting graffiti. I was wondering if this kind of crime will be listed on my account on an European database or something like this.
Will anything come out when I will travel abroad? Will I be stopped because of this to enter a country?
Could you please tell me what are the consequences for a person with this kind of fine in the UK?

Dear Sir,
you have no consequence with this fine. You only need to pay the fine and no judicial proceeding will be open against you.
Therefore you will move acrros the country without any problem.
Kind regards.
