Legal Question in Criminal Law in Italy
Greetings!
I am writing from Italy. I am 20 years old, born in Romania. I have been living here for 3 years for my studies, but I would very much like to transfer to the UK to complete my universitary studies. My departure is tomorrow (08.September.2010), but I might have a problem.
A year ago I was caught by the Italian police painting a wall with graffiti. They completed a report after that and just now I find out a lawsuit will take place in the next days or weeks maybe, I'm uncertain. My lawyer announced me only yesterday.
My question is: will I still be able to transfer to the UK for my studies of Law and International Relations, and will I be able to work there legally, although I'll have the fine?
Please help me, I'm quite at unease with this situation.
