Legal Question in Criminal Law in Italy
i live in italy, europe and was attacked several months ago by a man. i didnt report the case at the time and i would like to know how much time do i have to report an attack on a person under the eu legistation. please let me know since i fell that this person may attack me again. thank you

In order to advise you specificly i should know all the details of the attack, to understand what is the applicable Law.
In general, according to Italian Law, there are crimes that must be reported within 3 months and crimes that don't have this limit (of course every crime has an expiration term ).
