Legal Question in Immigration Law in Italy
Need Visa help
Our daughter is in the military in Italy. She married this year. He's Italian. What do they need to do for him to come live in the States with her? They are expecting a baby in June and she will be stationed back in the States in September. He has a passport. Thank You.

She needs to file a petition for alien relative, and he simultaneously files for residency. It will processed at the American consulate, after USCIS approval. Please feel free to contact me if you wish to retain an attorney.
