Legal Question in Intellectual Property in Italy
I've just found out that an internet site called: unjobs.org is posting 4 of my photos without requesting my permission. What can I do?

The web site is not Italian but Swiss. First of all You could write a letter asking to immediately remove the 4 photos, posted without Your permission. If the photos shows You or Your life, You could invoke "privacy rights". If they are copied from Your web site, You could invoke copyright. If unjobs.org does not remove the material, You can also write to its service provider with the same request (art. 12 L. Dir. Aut.; D.Lgs. 9.04.2003 n. 68 e Direttiva 29/2001/CEE).
It's necessary to send a cease and desist letter based on the Swiss privacy regulation, both to the registrant of the web domain and to the service provider, asking also for damages.
We can assist you on this issue.
I'm at your disposal for any further inquiry.
