there is not a standard form of Non-disclosure agreement, but as law firm we have a form that we adapt everytime.

Let me know if you wish an italian or english version.

We usually use standard NDA forms depending on the kind of relationship between the parties: business negotiations, industrial units visit, copyright, etc.
