Tenant Owes Rent

A tenant who has no written agreement with landlord owes 3 months rent. How do we evict?

You should serve notice to quit on your tenant and if he/she does not leave, you can initiate "holdover proceedings" in Court in order to evict the tenant.

You should really get an experienced lawyer. A specific notice must be served and then a Petition to initiate summary proceedings for eviction. New York State has very specific guidelines that must be followed very carefully.
