Bringing adult content from Japan to the States

I'd like to start an adult film/internet company. I plan to film virtually all of the content in Japan, so I have questions about getting it legally to the States for distribution.

What kind of laws do I have to worry about breaking?

What kind of precautions do i need to take?

In general, any advice concerning law with the adult industry will be very much appreciated.

You will need several documents for protection and compliance with Hawaii State/US law. Some are: 18 USC Section 2257 compliance, Model Release Agreements, Index Warning Page, Non-Disclosure Agreements, Notice of Compliance with Section 2257.
