Legal Question in International Law in Japan
My boyfriend is now in South Africa taking care of his step father's assets who passed on without a will. He asked me to be his legal spouse in order to process the legal issue. I am puzzled by it because I don't need to be present when this marriage certificate is issued...I wonder if this is a fraud?
