Legal Question in Banking Law in Kansas
Car repossesion
I have recently gotten in a ituation were I cannot pay on my car loan anymore. I am thinking abot voluntary repossesion of the vehicle. What will happen after I give the car back...also will I be sued for the remaining balance. What if I cannot pay??

Can't advise without seeing your agreement or contract with dealer.
If the value is LESS than amount owed, they may be able to pursue a deficiency judgment.
