Legal Question in Bankruptcy in Kansas

I'm a creditor on a Ch. 7

My wife and I sold a van to ''friends.'' They moved away to a better job with better pay, but they stopped paying us. We kept pressuring them for payment. They brought the van back to Kansas and abandoned it in our driveway w/ no tag. We had to obtain a P.O.A. form from them in order for us to title it in our name. We sold the van and asked our ''friends'' to pay us the difference they owed us from what we received from the sale. They refused, we sued and won by default. we then got a bankruptsy notice in the mail listing us as having REPO'ed the van. We didn't repo it. They signed the CH 7 form as everything in the document is true. Is that a big enough loop hole for us to be able to get our $ from them?

No. You have been discharged. They surrendered the vehicle to you and listed you as a creditor. You no longer have a legal claim for the money.
