Legal Question in Bankruptcy in Kansas
Can a debitor for a car loan put a lien on my house for collectionin the state of ks. Also can my kepers state retirement be garnished?

I think you meant to ask "Can a creditor on a car loan, put a lien on my house?" The answer to that is: Unless you pledged your house a collateral for the loan, the creditor would only get a lien against your house, if they obtain a judgment against you in Court. That lien happens automatically, for property within the county where the judgment is entered or registered. Most retirement plans are exempt from garnishment or execution by a creditor.
