Legal Question in Bankruptcy in Kansas
I have been hired at a work place. I have signed my I9 forms and everything. Can the company fire me if they ran a background check on me and didn't like what they seen?

Unless you are a contract employee, an employer can terminate an employee, and an employee can quit.
