Mortgage Reaffirment
I recently file chapter 7 and it has been discharged,
I did not sign a mortgage reaffirmation and want to know what happens if I do make my mortgage payments,
what recourse does the bank have.Thank you

What recourse does the bank have? They can foreclose on your mortgage if you do not maintain payments. Perhaps I don't understand your ?.
