my aunt told me shw was leaving me 10000 in her will but when she died it did not state that, am i entitled to the money she promised me?

As a Franchise Attorney I can say the answer is likely no. Many relatives make various financial promises that are not found in their wills at death. The courts generally go with what the will provides, assuming it's a valid will. It would probably take you more than $10k to contest the will anyway. Consult with a good business or franchise attorney in your area for specific advice.
