Legal Question in Business Law in Kansas

i bought a truck from a dealership, i have had the truck for one day, i bought speakers to install, my brother is about to install them and he finds meth(the drug) in the truck, its not mine, i have had the truck for 2 days, im 16 and will prove that i had nothing to do with the drugs, im mad and am going to the dealership tomorrow, can i sue or take any legal action?

Before you go anywhere with teh drugs, cal the police. Tell them about where and how you found them. You do nto want a dog to sniff their or lingering aromas of whatever else might be hidden in the truck, some time later. You may be able to sue the dealership, but will not likely get anything as damages. Unless the dealership knew about the presence of the drugs, they may nto have committed any tortious wrong against you. That is if they sold the truck to you as used. If they tried to sell it as new, then you may have a viable suit.
