We currently own two businesses that are sole proprieterships and are looking to open another. Which would be the best way to go llc or corporation

It depends. Do you prefer more flexibility (LLC) or more structure (INC)? Do you want to go public or be closely held? What does your CPA say? When I work with clients in setting up business entities, I start with the accountant to see what is optimal from a monetary standpoint, then work from there to find the proper legal mechanism to ensure the owners' expectations are being met.
